What to bring: yourself and all your friends. good water. Clothes to move comfortably in.

What to expect: Upon arriving please enter the space and begin moving freely, guided movement will begin 30-50 minutes after we all arrive, warm up, and get moving. Please limit talking conversations outside in the foyer. An especially grooveful and transformative monthly movement event of a lifetime for sure.

The Body School will be guided by Jodi McCall, Black Belt Nia Instructor, athlete, artist, dancer, qi gong practitioner, mountain biker/commuter on the bike. Jodi lives to move, moves to live, and enjoys playing outside in nature mostly.
