While relatively new to teaching Pilates, I felt from my earliest training with it as a student that I had found a form that made a lot of sense--old, familiar, correct sense--for my body. It is exciting to discover deep reserves of strength and muscular efficiency and to learn to understand and then correct physical patterns. My body, now in its 40s, feels younger than it did when I was in my 20s or 30s. I am enthusiastic about sharing these tools and this path to health and wellness with others, and that's what motivates my teaching.

I have taken Stott Pilates certification training for Mat and Reformer exercises, have been teaching since 2007, and have been a student of Pilates since 2004.
