VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa Yoga links postures in a flowing, dynamic movement sequence, helping students cultivate their intrinsic grace. This rigorous practice encourages awareness of the breath and the inner body. We practice the precise interlinking of yoga postures, creating a continuous flow of movement accompanied by deep rhythmic breathing, creating internal strength, postural integration, and radiant health.

Though Vinyasa draws inspiration from the Astanga series developed by K. Pattabhi Jois, the postures practiced and the sequence in which they're practiced will differ from week to week in order to accommodate student needs and requests and to allow for a sense of play and surprise.
