PILATES

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strengthening core muscle groups while maintaining elongation of the spine and proper alignment. Focusing on five basic principles of movement, pilates increases core stabilization, spine mobility and overall flexibility which in turn allows for greater, freer movement in day-to-day life.

This class is suitable for the begginer to intermediate students, with some prior experience. Brand new students are advised to contact Carla before dropping in.
