HATHA YOGA with Lili

Whether you are new to yoga, returning to yoga, or want to refresh your current practice, this hatha yoga class is designed to increase your confidence in poses and center your attention on breath.  While exact sequences will vary, each class will include warming and toning the body through sun salutations followed by standing and seated poses.  To relax and restore you, classes will end with an extended savasana.  Each class will also feature a theme, intention, or lesson on yoga traditions intended to deepen the meaning of your practice.
