HATHA YOGA

This multi-level Hatha class is designed for the student who seeks to practice in a non-competitive environment of exploration. The practice I share draws on dance experience as well as Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga traditions. I offer variations on poses for all levels so that you can honor your body and also challenge yourself when desired. Classes will include attention to breath, sun salutations, standing and seated poses and savasana. Our practice will leave you feeling balanced and recharged.
